Advanced Transplant Hepatology Fellowship

The Section of Digestive Diseases offers a one-year fellowship in Transplant Hepatology. This program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and fulfills the requirement for the ABIM certifying examination in transplant hepatology. Our program offers the full range of training with exposure to adult and pediatric transplantation and living donor liver transplant performed at Yale New Haven Hospital.

All candidates must have completed an ACGME-credited fellowship in Gastroenterology at the time of starting the transplant fellowship.

Transplant Hepatology Conferences

Pathology Review Monday at 4 PM
Morbidity and Mortality Conference Wednesday at Noon (monthly)
Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Committee Tuesday at 7:30 AM (monthly)
List Management Conference Tuesday at 4 PM
Digestive Disease Research Conference Tuesday at 5 PM
Recipient Review Conference Wednesday at 4 PM
Liver Tumor Board Thursday at 1 PM
Digestive Diseases Didactic and Case Presentations Friday at 1 PM
